Janesville, WI – HealthNet of Rock County recently received a donation of health care supplies under a grant from the Henry Schein Cares Global Product Donation Program, enabling it to more effectively carry out its mission of providing quality care to the underserved in Rock County.
Through the Global Product Donation Program, Henry Schein Inc., the world’s largest provider of health care products and services to office-based dental practitioners, provides recipients organizations with several healthcare product donations valued between $5,000 and $25,000 over two years.
“This generous contribution will significantly enhance HealthNet’s capacity to extend vital dental services to the most vulnerable individuals in Rock County,” said Cori Tucker, Interim CEO and Dental Clinic Director. “We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Henry Schein Cares for their remarkable donation of essential supplies. HealthNet’s dental clinic offers a comprehensive array of services to prioritize oral health. From teeth cleaning, dental x-rays, fluoride treatments, sealants, fillings, and extractions, the dental team helps maintain and improve oral health, thereby playing a crucial role in promoting overall health. HealthNet also prioritizes inclusivity and accessibility with a specialized Accessible and Sensory-Sensitive dental exam room designed for individuals with unique needs.
