HealthNet of Rock County Inc. proudly announces the appointment of Kerry Swanson as its new Chief Executive Officer (CEO), effective March 11, 2024. With over 15 years of distinguished leadership in healthcare administration, Kerry Swanson brings extensive experience in driving operational excellence and fostering sustainable growth within healthcare organizations.
Commenting on Swanson’s appointment, Board President Michael Davis emphasized the challenges HealthNet faces in continuing to provide quality healthcare to the most vulnerable in the community. He stated, “It became apparent to the Board that to best address these challenges we needed a CEO that has walked this path, and we were lucky enough to have that person in-house. Kerry provides experience, skills, and a passion for the Rock County community that you are not going to find in anybody else.”
As a seasoned Senior Healthcare Executive, Swanson has a proven track record of directing all aspects of healthcare operations, including clinical/hospital management, integrated delivery networks, and program development. Her expertise in designing progressive healthcare initiatives has consistently delivered operational improvements, productivity gains, and business growth. Her tenure at SSM Healthcare showcased her proficiency in overseeing hospital operations, strategic development, and operational development.
At HealthNet, Kerry Swanson will leverage her visionary leadership to orchestrate a comprehensive financial turnaround plan and drive sustainability initiatives. Her strategic acumen and passion for patient-centered healthcare practices will be instrumental in optimizing operations and fostering innovation.
