Medical Services Offered

General Primary Care

A basic level of health care provided outside a hospital, including programs that promote health, early diagnosis, and prevention of disease.

Chronic Disease Management

Maintenance and labs for individuals with diabetes, cardiovascular disease, and other chronic conditions

Chiropractic Care

Pain management does not require medication. HealthNet offers the services of chiropractors free to those who qualify.

Vision Care

Eye exams and prescription glasses are provided. These services are offered off-site at our vision partners.

Medications

Volunteer specialists prescribe and provide medications. To get maximum benefit, it's important to take them as prescribed.

Health Education

We teach our patients about behaviors that promote wellness, and develop and implement strategies to improve the health of our patients.

Lab Services

On site laboratory services partnered with our healthcare providers allow physicians to detect disease earlier, plan appropriate treatments and monitor results through blood specimen collection.

Women's Health Clinic

We strive to improve the health and well-being of women by providing preventative care, reproductive and sexual health services.

The HealthNet Medical Clinic serves as our enrollment and re-enrollment location. This is where medical services and medication are provided.

You are allowed one (1) chance to miss an appointment. If you miss more than one appointment, there is a six (6) month suspension of HealthNet services.
